Welcome to MM2 located on the 2nd floor in the South Tower in Ocean Creek Resort.

Ocean Creek is a 57 acre oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security. Our very spacious, 3 bedroom/2 bath, condo has a beautiful, up close and personal view of the coveted, southern end of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. The tiled, living room has sliding glass doors to the balcony. We have a large table and 4 comfortable chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view of the ocean or maybe having a nice breakfast outside. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a wall mounted 50" Smart TV. The ocean view dining area will seat six + we have three additional seats at the bar. Our beautiful enlarged kitchen has been totally remodeled with new cabinetry, granite countertops, and upgraded appliances. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, bakeware and more. New LVT flooring just added in the master bedroom, queen bedroom and twin bedroom. The primary bedroom has a breathtaking view of the ocean! and our new remote controlled solar shades will allow you to enjoy every inch of it. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the balcony and en suite bath. The adjoining master bath is remodeled with double vanity sinks and granite tops, and walk in shower. We have a large walk in closet. Guest room #1 has a queen size bed, TV and new LVT flooring. Plantation shutters just installed and wall mount Smart TV. Guest room #2 has two twin beds and new LVT flooring, plantation shutters, and Smart TV. A playful professionally painted fish theme on the wall is super cute for the kids. The en suite/hall bath has also been remodeled with granite topped vanity and walk in shower. New front load washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of free parking.
